Contact: [email protected]. These terms cover access to UNCRoyale and its website. Apple’s applicable TestFlight terms also govern beta distribution through TestFlight.
Beta access
UNCRoyale is in testing. Features, balance, availability and saved progression may change or be reset. Do not rely on uninterrupted beta access. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law; game assets remain subject to their respective licences.
Accounts and younger players
Keep access to your email and device secure. Do not share verification codes, impersonate others or sell account access. If you cannot legally agree to these terms independently, involve your parent or legal guardian. Follow the age eligibility and content rating shown for the distributed build; a store rating is not a substitute for legal permission.
Fair play and community content
No cheating, automated abuse, harassment, illegal content, threats, personal-data exposure or infringement of others’ rights. Follow the Community Rules. You retain rights to your posts and permit us to store, display and moderate them to operate the community. Only post content you are entitled to share.
We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the service. Use the report controls or contact support to report a problem or ask us to review a moderation decision.
Privacy and leaving
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion. Stopping use or uninstalling does not itself erase server data.
Responsibility and consumer rights
Nothing here excludes liability or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections that apply in your country of residence. Czech law applies subject to those mandatory protections; these terms do not restrict a consumer’s legally available courts or remedies.
