Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, if you have one. Include your player tag and whether the request concerns the game, the forum, or both. Guest players can contact us with their player tag; we will explain how to verify ownership. Do not send a login code.
What happens next
We verify ownership before acting. Deletion of game progress includes your saved collection and progression and cannot normally be reversed. We will clarify the scope of a shared UNCStudio Account request before deleting it. Requests cover relevant account records, social content, forum identity and pseudonymized gameplay copies; other players’ data is protected.
Some information may need to be retained to comply with law, resolve a dispute or investigate abuse. If an exception applies, we will explain the categories, reason and retention criteria in our response. Public posts may be removed or anonymized where appropriate.
Timing and local data
GDPR requests are answered without undue delay and normally within one month. Where legally permitted, complex or numerous requests can take up to two additional months; we will explain any extension within the first month.
Uninstalling the app, clearing local storage or signing out does not delete server records. Deleting UNCRoyale data does not delete your Apple Account or data that Apple controls in TestFlight.
